Publication of the fourth project result: Report about useful Onboarding Tools
The JOB project has reached its next milestone by publishing its report about useful onboarding tools! The report summarizes the findings of the joint, transnational effort of all project partners to analyse similarities and differences in the participating countries and to exchange good practice approaches that can contribute to a successful onboarding process.
The report emphasizes the relevance of a structured onboarding process starting right after the signing of the contract to establish a solid relationship with the new employee, binding them to the company and preparing them internally for their entry into the company. Finally, it provides an overview of various low-threshold tools that companies can use on the first day of work, during the first few weeks and throughout the first few months to facilitate the integration of new employees into the company, as well as information on support measures from which companies can benefit.
