Successful Final Workshops in Italy and Greece
In January 2026, two final project workshops were successfully carried out in Italy and Greece, bringing together a total of 25 participants from small and medium-sized enterprises, associations and educational contexts. The workshops focused on practical approaches to improving recruitment and onboarding processes, with particular attention to the involvement of young people. The workshop formats encouraged active participation, exchange of experiences and reflection on current practices, resulting in lively discussions and a high level of engagement across both events.
The prepared materials, including presentations, posters and a practical checklist, were very well received and considered directly applicable to everyday work. Participants highlighted the relevance of the topics for their professional context and appreciated the clear, hands-on orientation of the tools presented. Feedback collected during and after the workshops confirmed their overall success, with several participants expressing interest in further workshops and continued exchange on the topic.
