Third project result: Guideline for useful recruiting instruments published
The consortium of the Erasmus+ project ‘Job Orientation – Better fit’ (JOB) has reached another milestone by publishing its guideline for useful recruitment tools!
The report presents new trends in construction recruitment, similarities and differences in recruitment tools across the partner countries and how companies can use digital tools to attract young talents. The report also highlights how companies can attract talents by offering practical experiences in recruitment and providing inspiration from peers, and gives useful tips on how companies can stand out at job fairs and how companies can benefit from public employment services in finding qualified candidates.
