Third transnational partnermeeting in Athens

The third and last partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project JOB took place in the premises of the project partner PEDMEDE in Athens, Greece. The partners discussed the organisation and design of the upcoming project workshops, which will provide guidance and tools to improve the onboarding of new employees. The workshops aim to strengthen professional orientation, modernize the recruitment process, and enhance the integration phase, ensuring that young professionals are supported from the start, while reducing the likelihood of early attrition from the sector. 

Additionally, the meeting focused on the development of the project handbook which will will be presented in the framework of the workshops. It aims to consolidate methods, tools, and best practices to guide their practical implementation in SMEs.

The workshops will take place in all four partner countries in January.
